We stayed in a 2-bedroom villa and it was exceptionally nice. We had our own private pool which was cleaned by the staff during our stay. They went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable, like organizing a golf cart and taxis for us. Highly recommend!

Staff is well mannered and willing to help. In fact, both the reception receptionist team and security staff made it a point to make my family feel well taken care of. Villa was large and nice in a quiet neighborhood. Very convient to Sosua and surrounding areas. Staff was super helpful and guest friendly. S/O to Tito at the front desk, he took the time to make sure we had everything we needed.

I loved the ocean view and the villa we rented was beautiful. Food was great also. Did not like that we were misled to believe the villa was 100% consumable. The reception informed us that all reservations done via expedia.com do not qualify for this offer. Did not care to give us any discount or any help. They wanted us to cancel our expedia booking and pay them cash. They insisted on receiving $300 as a hold instead of $200 as stated on expedia’s website. Got to the villa and the second day the kitchen had a foul smell, and we did not have hot water for two days.

My only concert was, the place needs some upgrades. Fans outside was rusty, bathtub was leaking, but above all, my staying was great, easy check in, very friendly employees, very spacious and very clean. The cleaners were super friendly and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back.

The property is absolutely beautiful! The pool and rooms and everything. However, the water in the showers felt like beach water. It was clear that the water wasn't filtered. But outside of that it was extremely calming and relaxing. The restaurant at the resort was also beautiful!

It has access to tennis’s courts, various pools with slides and great food. But property is very large and you need a car to get from bubble to restaurants. Did a lot of room service as I did not have a car.

Hotel was great! We stayed at the bungalows. Very nice, the only thing was the beds are very stiff other than that the food was amazing. Just make sure you order quick because it does take a little while to get your food.
