"There is not a positive about this property. It is in a very scary area. Not in a neighborhood or residénciale. There was no host communication until we reached out. The man who is point of contact from Expedia, Giro, says the right man is David, who leaves you with MarieLou. Toilets and plumbing are backed up, had to walk four blocks to a restaurant to use the bathrooms. "I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The entire place was spotless, very clean, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Valentina, the manager, was extremely kind and attentive, and the rest of the staff were just as friendly and welcoming. Their excellent service truly made me feel at home. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back! "
