This property was great. Clean, high quality, ocean view, everything we hoped it would be. The only problem we had was the hot water going out four times followed by a few attempts in communication with follow up.

I stayed there for 9 days with my fiancé . The customer service was excellent ,the room was clean, and well kept. The neighborhood is very upscale and quiet. There is a pharmacy ,a bar ,and a store (Oxxo) right next door to the hotel so everything is close by if you need to stock up on beer or other drinks and hit the beach. Also ,the Hotel is a great place to get a good night sleep. A Big Thank you Vallarta Live Hotel !

This is an amazing place, gorgeous house. Cachi and and his wife, Gaby, the owners, were so kind and ready to make anything happened. Irma the housekeeper/chef made great food and was very kind. If you are looking to relax in PV, this is a great place to stay at. We had a minor issue with the hot water in our reserved room which was quickly fixed but Cachi upgraded us to a big suite with better views and a jacuzzi. He was always ready to help, taxis came quickly and we even had masseuses come...

My family really enjoyed staying at La Puesta. The views are spectacular, we loved waking up to see and hear the ocean everyday. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely curated. My kids (7&9) loved the pool and slide. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect because it was quiet, away from the noise of the town center, but a convenient 10 minute walk (or couple minute golf cart) ride into town. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

This is my second stay here, and I knew last year I would be back. The staff are super friendly and always greet with a smile. The pool is clean, the decor is happy, and it is a quiet place to stay. Excellent location for the beach, food, and as a solo woman traveling..very safe! I feel looked after here. Many thanks to Omar and this lovely staff...hasta la proxima!!

Zona Z was beyond everything one could hope for a relaxing beach vacation. Siggy, Mark, Marcela and staff were as delightful as they were helpful at every turn. The room was so quiet (even with construction in the neighborhood). Our in-room massages and covid tests allowed us to stay relaxed and pampered throughout the entire trip. This was the first of many wonderful stays for us at Zona Z.

A little off the grid, but the space was great. A full-sized refrigerator and kitchen. No hot water in shower, but not needed in PV's humid environment. AC gets an A+.

It’s Michelin Key for a reason ~ perfection in hospitality! A beautiful place to relax. Thank you Alberto, Uli, and the entire staff. I love the chamoy!

We enjoyed our stay and couldn't have picked a better spot! We walked everywhere and the area was safe. The only thing we didn't like was breakfast- there are better places around for breakfast if you are vegetarian or vegan.

Close to two beaches and town, and customer service was great keeping in touch on line also answer any questions I had on line.

I was here for three nights in February 2024 and had an enjoyable stay. The front desk team of Joseph and Neo were friendly and supportive. The room was spacious and the shower was huge and divine. I also liked the rooftop pool as an escape from the town when I needed it. I recommend this place if you want a nice hotel near the downtown of Sayulita. It kind of felt like an oasis in the busy town.

The hotel located in a perfect spot - close to the beach, malecon, many restaurants. Easy to get here from the airport by the local bus. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast - it was cooked for me from scratch every morning, when many other hotels give just a bag of cold breakfast items. Also two bottles of water every day was a nice touch. The room was spacious, and staff was very welcoming. I could find a few things to complain about, but for the price I paid, I don’t want to. It was a...

It's a great property. It's a little bit off the beaten path. Ubers are pretty cheap from here. If you have done an all inclusive and are ready to step out a little bit into more of a real Mexico vibe without having to worry about safety concerns and the hustle of PV this is probably your place.

Great hotel

One of the best hotels ive stayed at. Not alot of breakfast places in the area open, so id recommend getting the breakfast deal.

My girlfriend and I are 29 years old and were looking for a quiet beach with amazing service to enjoy each other's company and this place was perfect. The service was second to none and the food was amazing. We also liked that we were the youngest people there so there wasn't any beer funneling or annoying kids running around. We went in February and had the run of the place. Anywhere we wanted to be on the beach was free and the best views at each restaurant were always available when we...

Outstanding. Don't get VIP transportation, save tons of time by just Ubering.

We loved staying in Ysuri hotel in Sayulita. Very pleasant and kind staff. Rodrigo was always ready to go above and beyond ensuring our stay is amazing. We are beyond grateful for him arranging our ride in golf cart to bus station. We will be back for sure. A few recommendations for other fellow travelers. While in US- download application WhatsApp. Phone Service in Sayulita sucks, if you need getting hold of hotel personnel they use the app. All you need is mediocre data or WiFi. Arranging...

First off, this review might sound like I work there, but please trust me,I 100% do not.Our first time to Garza Blanca.I also never write reviews, but I had to do one for here.Regardless,This hotel to the nines. My family and I just came back from an absolutely amazing vacation at Garza Blanca. We normally stay at Four Seasons or Ritz or other very high end resorts. They weren't available so we gave Garza Blanca a shot. From the moment we arrived, we were granted by the manager Alan, and he was so...
