Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel was clean, and the pool area excellent – a great place to relax with plenty of space and comfortable surroundings. The breakfast offered a good selection and was a great way to start the day. The check-in staff were polite, although they weren’t particularly warm or welcoming, so the arrival experience felt a little impersonal. The only real disappointment was the additional charge for access to the beach club - €42 for two sunbeds and a parasol. We were quite surprised that this wasn’t included, especially given the standard of the hotel.
