"Maid service was very poor. We put out sign for cleaning the room and it was ignored. There was renovations being done and it caused a lot of noise and dust."
"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff are all helpful and friendly. We stayed 4 nights visiting family. If all you want is a clean, affordable place to shower and sleep, this is a great place. Good size refrigerator and small microwave. The building is very old and the carpet needs to be replaced. It was a good choice for our budget and what we needed."
"The complimentary breakfast was not great, the fruit looked dated the waffle mix was out, the milk for the cereal was in a pitcher sitting on the counter not chilled and the bread items felt a bit stale they had gravy for the biscuits but it was served in a crock pot that looked like it was just put back in the fridge each day and reheated over and over . I did like that they had small containers of yogurt that were chilled and they did have a good selection of waffle toppings had there been mix to make them. The staff was very nice!!!"
"Convenient location for Pullman. Abundant parking. Easy access. Large rooms. Good nightly rate. But the hotel is looking dated and banged up. The rooms and common areas are well overdue for a renovation. There is no dining room or lounge on site. The included breakfast is a bare minimum with packaged breakfast sandwiches to microwave, juice, yogurt, bagels and a waffle maker. No hot items. Coffee was always empty and staff were not checking in on the breakfast room. This has been my go-to hotel in Pullman for years but unfortunately it is time to look at other options."
