"Room are clean. Very outdated bathroom and no control over room temperature. They have pre-set central controlled temperature. The thermostat does not control room temperature. "

"This was NOT a 4 star hotel. Not only were we not told there was construction being done to the outside and of the building so it was extremely loud the pool and hot tub were also out of use. It’s very dated and not well kept. The room was ok but the bed was so old and uncomfortable and the pillows were paper thin. The chaise in the corner was dirty and old. It was over all not a good stay. I was really disappointed."
