"First impressions of the resort were overall positive. Richie was welcoming. The welcome beverage was amazing. We were first given a room that had a view of a roof, which was unsightly. The next day we were upgraded to a much nicer room, still w a partial view due to tree obstructing the view of the water. The hotel has a very nice spa, the massages were excellent, the waiting area could use a freshening up. The staff were responsive to any issues that arose and were willing to help. The breakfast was lacking options, taste and protein options. And albeit a bit pricey given what was offered. Best to avoid if you can. The beach was brilliant. Service at the beach was excellent while service at the outdoor restaurant could use a bit of improvement. We did feel that the property was amazing, perhaps slightly overpriced. Many of the other reviews are spot on. Would have hoped they offered activities on property, would have hoped the pool cabanas were offered for a cheaper price, or perhaps offer you 1 cabana day for your stay. Special mention to Richie, they listened to our feedback and tried his best to improve our experience."

Best part- the staff ❤️ Incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. I cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. When I return to Turks & Caicos I will not stay anywhere else…"

"The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time."

"This hotel was amazing. It’s directly on the beach so the views and atmosphere are outstanding. It has everything you need right on the property including a restaurant /bar and a coffee shop. The barracuda bar served delicious food and drinks. Clifford’s coffee shop serves an excellent cup of coffee. (Ask the staff about why the coffee shop is named Clifford’s it’s an amazing story) The staff were the best part of our stay, they were welcoming, friendly, and catered to our every need with a genuine care and smile. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. This place has all the beach vibes you could ever ask for. We will definitely be back!! It was hands down the best experience we have ever had at a hotel!!"
