Room was not clean at all. There was some issue with the AC in the bed room since it was not cooling enough. I have not received the King bed even requested it in advance. I have been to this hotel multiple times but this time was the worst experience. Staff at the dinning hall (during the breakfast) was very helpful.

Atrocious Service

1st issue: Some of my toiletry personal belongings were thrown to the dustbin by the housekeeping and I had to repurchase the things 2nd Issue: No AC was there in the restaurant, 3rd Issue: Multiple times, they gave me wrong bills which I had to correct. Finally, a bill which INR excess was charged and they refused to return, stating that they would adjust next time. They didnt even adjust the loss of my personal belongings. Name of the Manager was Prashant.

Strongly recommend this excellent property for all, be it for couple, family, solo stay. Huge spacious, clean and great luxury service appt, which I booked. Good choice instead of a hotel. Peace and tranquility surroundings, yet near malls, eateries anb connectivity. Good breakfast and buffet dinner. Helpful reception staff ..... stickers for details. Will be back positively.

This is located in the city with major shopping centre, cineplex and food courts. The rooms are spacious with a large balcony to enjoy the pleasant evenings. Each room is furnished with a loaded mini bar, microwave and a cooktop.

An old hotel at good location

Very old hotel, not maintained well. Some bad smell in hotel. Location was good. 10 minutes walk from eating joints and 10 minutes drive from (auto rickshaw) from Pune's famous night life /bar areas.

Close to where I was working so location good

Staff tried hard had to be reminded about towels and papers. They have a buffet at night lots of the leftovers find their way onto the breakfast buffet when really they are a little tired and should find there way to the bin. Overall ok but wouldn't be in any hurry to go back. A la carte dining not bad.

This is NOT the Royal Orchid Hotel. It's very bad

This is a real dive. About 20 years out of date. It feels more like a cheap private apartment, that hasn't been updated for decades. It is so deceptive, as I thought I was booking the Royal Orchid Hotel, which is adjoining. I have stayed there before and it is very good, but this suites attachment is terrible. Very confusing and I think they play on this name to attract people to this out-date property.

It's a business hotel. Professional and friendly staff. I would recommend that you avoid the top floor (9th) because there are generators/compressors outside that make slight noise.
