The shower had very little pressure and the hot water was on and off. They fixed it somewhat on the last day of the stay. The overnight desk slept through our wake up call and didn't have coffee ready.

La habitación muy pequeña, todo muy viejo, olía mal todo el hotel ( alcantarilla) no se esmeran por tener variedad en el desayuno, todos los días lo mismo, la llave de la ducha es muy dura y no se puede graduar bien la temperatura, el comportamiento del personal demasiado seco, tosco, no sonríen, el desayuno debería comenzar a las 6:pm, los tour comienzan muchos a esa hora. Es lindo el lugar pero con mantenimiento, el colchón las almohadas y la cobija muy buenas, toallas buenas, pedimos jabón y nos lo dieron, falta crema e el kit de aseo.

We were treated very well here including provision of breakfast at 5:15 a.m. upon request (“no problem!”). We slept with windows open at night - quiet. The location is great for walking to restaurants, museum, travel agency (2 minutes from the agency that offers the penguin island tour). Excellent value.

This is a hotel with remarkable character. There are a few minor issues but they are negligable indeed. The rooms, towels and sheets are very clean (some minute details need to be attended), the water pressure is wonderful, the reception staff, especially the older gentleman, are very helpful (one younger receptionist could not help me with a couple of my needs but next morning the older gentleman fixed everything gracefully). The breakfast is basic, diverse and satisfactory. The location of the hotel is brilliant. There are nice cafes and great restaurants within two bloc radius and the magellan strait is right there to admire. It is close to handcraft shops, regular stores and a couple of supermarkets. Highly recommend. Next time in Punta Arenas, I shall stay there.

In a great location in town, but it hasn't been updated since the 70s or so. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and old. Otherwise comfortable and clean.

Rooms are well-equipped and quiet. The staff was wonderful and even agreed to not charge me for nights I was not able to use due to a weather delay in Antarctica that prevented my timely arrival to Punta Arenas - wonderful experience.

綺麗でスッキリとしたホテル。立地も良い。が、何かただそれだけ。このくらいなホテルならどこにでもある。地域的にも値段の高い設定。でも決して悪いホテルではない。

Hotel simpático porque tiene historia
Buena ubicación, buen servicio, amables. Buen desayuno y agradable el lugar donde esta el comedor. La pieza es algo pequeña y oscura. Al baño le faltaban detalles como una repisa para colocar artículos de aseo. Me parece que en general hace falta manutención.

Buen hotel para dormir. La habitación es un poco pequeña y un poco añal cuidada (falta pintura y cuesta abrir algunas chapas) pero cumple. El personal es muy amable y tienen buenos datos para compra de mariscos. El desayuno austero pero cumple. Lo mejor es la ubicación: a 1 cuadra de la plaza, a 2 cuadras del casino y costanera, a 4 cuadras del mercado.

パタゴニアらしいといえばパタゴニアらしい宿
日本人からすると，建てつけが”ゆるく”感じられるかもしれません。バスルームのドアが閉まらなかったり，トイレの水が流れなかったり。パタゴニアではそんなこと普通ですが，ちょっと100ドルは高いかも。ただ２人以上で部屋をシェアすると割安にはなりますので，１人旅には向かないでしょう。

Clean, accomidating staff, great location
We're an older couple, stayed there three different times between 19 Dec 2015 - 08 Jan 2016. Hotel is clean, allowed us to store luggage, got our laundry done for us, offered to send an employee to the bus station to interpert for us, made phone calls to help find our lost luggage. For our purposes, the hotel was within easy walking distance of most everything we needed; bus station, restaurants, money exchange, supermarket, town square and port facilities. Plenty of taxis available if you need one.

Bom Hotel. Bonita Arquitetura e bem localizado.
O edifício do hotel é antigo, do início do século XX, bom para aqueles que gostam de arquitetura antiga. Está bem localizado, em uma das principais ruas da cidade. Fácil acesso à condução para outros pontos da cidade praticamente em frente ao hotel. Ficamos apenas 2 dias em Punta Arenas e o hotel atendeu às necessidades perfeitamente.
