"We were very unhappy with our stay. When we arrived the ladies at the reception told us to park our car at the car park and then we can check in. Once we brought all our stuff to the building they actually said to go back to the car , put everything back and go to another parking space as our room will be in a different apartment….also, I have requested a baby cot and a microwave as my daughter is 9 month old. "Stay was below par for what was advertised as a 4 star hotel. Our room was comfortable but he bathroom was poor as the shower was over the bath with no panel or curtain. Thus, the water went everywhere and made the whole bathroom very wet after use. The breakfast was ok, not much fruit selection. We booked the hotel on the basis that it advertised as having a restaurant. The restaurant was not operating at night time so we had to go out each evening for dinner. The bar shut early so we were not able to have a nightcap when we got back to the hotel. On the plus side, plenty of parking and possible to walk into Ounat centre. We found a route through the marina area opposite which avoided the road. Overall, very underwhelming. "
