“The hotel was amazing. Staff very friendly and well knowledgeable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The rooms did need a little TLC. But overall it was great. The bartenders, tour agent and the receptionist 10 out of 10. But didn’t receive a bottle of wine as the reservation noted.”

“It doesn’t loock as the photos shows it, There was a cockroach, no hot water,stained towels, some of the employees don’t even say hello. All things considered, that hotel isn't worth the money you pay for it.”

“The pool was under construction or they were remodeling it. It would be nice to know these things before hand because for us the pool was a big plus when booking our reservation. Also, they did not have hot water. They stated that they were having an inspection which they were verifying that they were not providing ocean water to the guests. We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t have hot water for the whole stay. Other than that, the people who work there were extremely helpful and polite.”

“Me parece ser o melhor hotel da ilha. O quarto maior é muito bom. Espaçoso. Senti falta de algumas cortesias mais específicas (água diariamente, por exemplo, e abertura de cama à tarde). Mas nada que prejudique. Café da manhã de qualidade. Tem certa variedade. Ótimas frutas. O atendimento, como em toda a Colômbia, é “curioso”. Em geral, as pessoas não são nada simpáticas.
