"This was just a quick overnight stay having arrived at the airport that afternoon, before we set off for our rental in Sardinia. It was very nice and the staff were great, very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the morning was excellent with a great view of the city. My only niggle would be the parking, the procedure for which is fiddly, which is off-site and which they charge extra for. A small thing, and it certainly didn't ruin our stay in a hotel I would always recommend to anyone staying in Alhegro."

"All personal var mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, men värmen i rummet var alldeles för hög. Kunde inte sova bra alls pga att det var så fruktansvärt varmt. Duschen var i minsta laget, så för någon med lite omfång var det svårt att duscha. Men bortsett ifrån det så var det helt okej."

"The breakfast menu was buffet, with standards such as yogurt. There weren't any eggs, but there was cheese and ham. The staff was wonderful and answered all questions and gave great advice for restaurants. They also arranged a taxi to sasari. The only small disappointment was that there were no spa amenities included with the room. For example, in order to use a hot tub you had to rent it for an hour for 50 euros."

"From the moment my wife and I arrived it was like coming home to family. From the warm greetings from Anna and Tomasso we were led to our suite that was nestled amongst the natural preserve of trees native to Sardinia. The courtyard was tranquil and cozy and felt more like a community than a hotel. Our choice to purchase the half board was a great decision as both our breakfast and dinner were included in our stay. There we were greeted by the one and only Pietro and his wonderful staff and our waitress Cristina was a joy. Afterwards we had drinks outside and we were entertained by the beautiful voices of Marta and Alessia whose talent is nothing short of Broadway performances. Overall a spectacular experience!"

"We can’t say enough about how wonderful this place is. We are experienced travellers and this hotel is a standout. Location and beach are perfect. We went to several other beaches miles away and found this beach to the best. Breakfast is very good with lots of fresh fruit and pastries. The staff were all helpful. Short drive to town with tons of restaurant choice. The room ( sea view) is a tad small but cute with a lovely view. Sad to leave. "

"Location: 30 mins walk along the beach front promenade from the old town. Buses unreliable & parking on the streets difficult. Car Park at hotel 15 euro/day. Everywhere very clean & well maintained. Small pool area with good sunbeds and umbrellas - no problems with towels on beds early Sept - hotel quiet. We stayed 3 adults in a two bed comfort apt - 5F - 2 balconies, new furniture, modern bathroom, good aircon, free safe. Was missing a kettle and a toaster - managed to get a kettle from reception. No large glasses or wine glasses. Some noise from the padel court next door but probably not a problem in all blocks of the hotel. Overall a good stay. "
