โClassy and cozy hotel where you can get some kind of personal feeling. Quite close to the center area and Pragati Maidan. Every staffs were very kind and helpful. I will come back to this place and recommend to others.โ
โIt's a very nice family place. Good atmosphere. And very helpfull all the way, even helping to buy train ticket. Great stay. It is in a very nice neighbourhood away from noise and pollution. This is the best location near the Taj Mahal. โ
โthe staff was really terrible and rude, the room which was shown online was completely different than given to us, very small, dirty, no basic amenities including bath/hand towel, soap etc, worst room of all i had been to so far. I won't recommend this property at all to anyone. โ
โThey didn't have my room, i was transferred to the hotel close to m called batra Holliday home which was worst than them. dirty, AC was was not working all the time and management was terrible, the area it self for both hotels were were terrible and smelly not recommending these tow hotels at all, such a waste of this much money in that area with these hotel managments.โ
