The design is so cool – it feels unique and thoughtfully done, and the room is surprisingly huge for the price I paid. Everything was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciate. What impressed me most was the staff. They were extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and you can tell they genuinely try their best and put real effort into the little details. It’s rare to find a place where the care and pride are so obvious. I left feeling really impressed and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended!

Everything was fine- room was nice however your ears pop a little going up the lift but the breakfast didn’t have much of a selection, the pool was closed, the health centre was closed, no room service despite all of the above being promised.

One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. The buffet offered both Chinese and Western-style dishes, all fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. I would also like to give special recognition to Molly Chen, who provided outstanding service throughout my stay. She is warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. Her hospitality made me feel truly welcome and at home. Molly's professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations and made my experience even more memorable.
