“Our room was originally full of beetles, we got switched to a different room but it also had many beetles everywhere. They said it's the seasonal beetle but I would imagine a 5 star hotel can spray against them? They were just everywhere in the room. Also the room was not very well maintained.
The staff was very helpful I'll give them that. But other than that it's not really a 5 star hotel.”
