1 Star – Completely Unacceptable Accommodation
This was without a doubt one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. The apartment was absolutely filthy, disgusting, and completely unfit to be rented out. The worst part was that there were rats and other pests inside. On several occasions, we saw rats running around the apartment. This is completely unacceptable and not something anyone should have to tolerate when paying for accommodation.
The toilets were disgusting, the beds were in terrible condition, and the entire apartment was dirty, neglected, and poorly maintained. During the two weeks we stayed there, the apartment was not cleaned even once. Two weeks without any cleaning in an already extremely unhygienic property is simply unacceptable.
What made the experience even worse was the terrible service. We reported the problems and asked for help, but received virtually no assistance. Despite dealing with serious issues such as rats running around inside the apartment, nothing was properly addressed or resolved. When guests are forced to stay in conditions like this, the least you expect is responsibility, support, and an actual solution from the host or management. We received none of that.
This was not simply a bad accommodation. It was unhygienic, disgusting, stressful, and completely unacceptable. Charging guests to stay in conditions like these is absolutely disgraceful. I would never recommend this apartment to anyone and would never stay here again
