“Had to ask to move room as the original one had no window/balcony and next to a noisy server room! We stayed 5nights and for 2/3 of them only had one lift in use. The staff are friendly and helpful but not huge amount of information provided. Overall a nice stay but a few things made it somewhere I wouldn’t stay again (moving room, cold pool on roof top, bathroom layout difficult to get in and out, breakfast ok not a huge choice but again kind of had to work things out for yourself). Could be...

“The room is not in the hotel; it's in the Canifor hotel, the upside of this is you get the Canifor facilities, the downside is getting to the room is the long way.”

“The view, places to eat, and very nice place for our family of 5”

“Basic hotel with basic price, no complaints. Definitely can be improved with increased price.”

“I was disappointed with my stay at this accommodation and unfortunately cannot recommend it based on my experience. There was no TV or Wi-Fi available for the entire duration of my stay, which was very inconvenient and did not meet my expectations for the accommodation advertised. Communication was also poor. It was difficult to get clear and timely responses when I needed assistance, which made the experience more frustrating. Although I understand that problems can sometimes occur, I would...

“Basic hotel but served it's purpose”

“Gutes Restaurant & Poolbar.”

“Hotel staff very helpful, not everything is open yet, rooftop bar / pool/ restaurant was not finished. Breakfast was very busy, didn’t appear to have enough staff / space for all the guests at busy times, but the staff that were there were doing their upmost to accommodate.”
