“Everything was wonderful except that check in was 3:00 and we arrived at 5:00 and our room was not ready. The staff quickly made it possible to check in about 15-20 minutes later, however, after a long day’s journey, we were tired and wanted to relax in our room, not in the lobby.”

“For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.”

“They made me wait for 3 hours for a room because they didn’t have personal to clean on time. Very noisy outset at night. Room looks old bathroom need more cleaning, bath tub was dirty and stained”

“There was no television at all. The jacuzzi was cold and nobody would Turn it up. The staff guy that came to my room tried to get tv to work. Won’t stay again”

“This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.”

“I will always choose a Hampton Inn when possible. It is a hotel that I can rely on to have clean and updated rooms. What I didn't care for with the Moline airport Hampton Inn was the front desk staff. The couple of interactions I had with them, they seemed indifferent to helping/answering questions. When checking out, the front desk person could barely look up. I had wanted to connect my stay to my Hampton Inn points but due to her lack of eye contact and she didn't seem like she wanted to...
