"Our observations, not opinions- Room phone not working. Pool jacuzzi jet control could not be not found by lifeguard. Room lighting poor at dressing area. Tub type shower claustrophobic. TP extremely cheap. No proper TV shows for English speakers. Entrance area congestion due to 2nd front door in disrepair."

"Climatiseur bruyant, aucune débarbouillette, la chambre est nettoyée seulement si le séjour est plus de 2 jours. Escaliers de piscine TRES GLISSANTS, aucun jet dans le bain tourbillons. Excelle t restaurant a meme l'hôtel, et plusieurs autres a distance de marche. Seulement 10 min du vieux Québec. Beaucoup de stationnements disponibles."
