“Staff were so rude and not helpful at all. When we asked for the extension of our stay we were asked to pay almost double the price. Price was reduced after the long bargain. Airport vehicle was arranged at a very high price, almost double the normal price. WIFI was limited. Not suitable for foreigners. .”

"릴라 팰리스 호텔은 웅장함으로 인해 동선이 멀고, 식당 및 로비 분위기가 어수선한 반면.....파크 하야트는 작지만 모든시설을 알차게 갖춘 조용히 지낼수 있는 호텔이였습니다.
별 기대를 하지 않았던 저녁식사(부페)도 평타는 하는 수준이였으며, 작지만 아늑한 수영장, 최신 헬스 시설, 무료로 즐길수 있는 사우나 및 스파도 매력적인 공간이였습니다. 앞으로도 호캉스 계획이 있다면 이 호텔을 이용할 계획입니다. "
