“When I entered the room, I found drops of blood on the floor and blood on the door. This is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about the cleanliness of the room. I was then moved to a smaller room with full-size beds, even though I had specifically reserved a room with queen-size beds. I did not receive the room I booked. The second room also had a bad smell. Despite these issues, the hotel refused to refund my money, citing their policy, even though the rooms were not clean and...

“The property itself is pretty shabby. The man at the desk was helpful and responsive. We asked for a quiet room and got one. There were no extra blankets in the room; the air conditioning called for that. Breakfast was meagre...coffee ok.”
