Everybody including the desk clerks, the maintenance people, housekeeping, and the young lady that handled the breakfast prep, etc. all did a fantastic job. We felt very welcomed. The breakfast had a great assortment in a nice area of the facility and everything was clean and fresh. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The facility was quiet. The facility was also convenient to local attractions and businesses. We would definitely stay here again. The staff is wonderful and obviously very hard-working. Hats off to all who keep the place running.

We came up for the Adirondack Nationals again this year. I booked this hotel because the one we stayed at last year down the street got a lot of bad reviews about being dirty. I believe both hotels are Choice properties. When we walked into the room, we were pleasantly surprised how nice and clean it was. The room was pretty quiet at night. I didn’t hear any doors slamming outside the room to wake us up. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom space was good. There was a decent variety for breakfast (eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles). The hotel was in a great area close to many restaurants and attractions.

Nice place and exactly what you’d expect for the low prices. Place is quiet, clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. About the only low rating this place would get would be for the breakfast.. don’t bother. Stewart’s is right down the street and is quick if you’re in a hurry. Overall this place gets a ‘good enough’ rating and I will be back next year.

If you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep and you're not into a firm mattress do not stay here. The wallpaper needs to be replaced as in some parts of the building it's being stapled to the wall. The shower was not very good. Overall the place was clean, convenient and the breakfast was better than most breakfasts.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is great. Walmart is across the street and lots of restaurants nearby. However the room and hallways were stuffy and had poor ventilation. The ac in the room was so underpowered that it took 2 hours for room to get cold. Breakfast area was very small and congested in mornings. We barely had place to sit and stand there. The property of this size could use a larger breakfast area and replenish the items faster. For second day we skipped hotel breakfast just to avoid waiting and crowds. Pool was cold even though indoors.

Stayed 2 nights. Sleep inn and suites is a great location if visiting lake George and or six flags great escape....just about 10min away....right across the street from a Walmart super center too and many restaurants in the area. Hotel is quiet, clean, and offers a quaint breakfast in the morning... breakfast is offered in a small space so may want to take a plate to room or outside tables. Rooms need a little update bathroom wallpaper was peeling and patched up, room wallpaper had some cracks in it too, and desk chair was well used - seemed like a hand me down gaming chair....tv microwave refrigerator were great , storage was great, bedding and bed was comfortable....sink and large mirror separate from toilet and shower which is convenient. Overall a great stay and would stay again for a short trip.

The receptionist was friendly and very helpful. The facility is starting to show a little wear, but was very clean. I was able to get a nice, quiet room on the back of the building and slept very well. The bed was very comfortable. I jumped up at 5:00 a.m. and was able to drive the last 12 hours to my destination!

This was a good stay at a good price. We were in town for a few days and chose this due to proximity to shopping/restaurants, etc. It seemed convenient since were were commuting about 30 minutes to and from our destinations daily. The WalMart across the street came in handy. The room was clean. Housekeepers were very nice and helpful Nice desk staff overall. The property felt secure and parking was good. Overall, very pleased. Thank you!

The staff at the front desk were nice. Our room was not to my standards. There were stains on the carpet, the walls weren't clean and the one comforter was dirty.As for breakfast that is supposed to start at 7 am, it came out late which was not helpful for us. We had to be on the road a little after 7 am, so half of us weren't able to get breakfast before we had to leave. The convenience of everything around the hotel was great!

The only complaints were while staying in the 3rd floor, there were a lot of people violating the no smoking policy. It was so much so we had to tell the front desk and the subsequently put notices of the policy under everyone’s door. Also, the second night, our room was not cleaned and the bed was not made up. They said that they were short staffed and did not have anyone to do it. Otherwise, the location was absolutely amazing in proximity to Lake George, Saratoga springs and Glenns Falls. Also, we took the amazing drive to lake placid which was a scenic 1.5 hours away. I would recommend staying there for the value and location.
