The one thing that the property out did themselves on was good communication, leading to a great experience. The view was nice, the room layouts were good, perfect for a big multi generational family holiday like ours. We would book here again.

Overall the house is good which equipped with all needed kitchen wears, so we could cook our own dinner and breakfast. It big enough to fit 10 people. There are many heaters all around the house, don’t need to worry about cool weather. We faced a problem with no hot water for shower in the first night at check in. I called the service number in the next day and someone helped to provide another house nearby for me and my family to have shower which is ok. Other than the hot water problem. My family like the house a lot. Good view from the balcony and windows from the rooms.

사진상 보이는 호수 풍경이 너무 예뻐 여행 후기도 몇 개 없는 취소 불가인 숙소를 덜컥 예약해 놓고 도착 전에 은근히 걱정이 많았던 숙소입니다. 그런데 결론은 만족스럽게 3박동안 잘 지내다 왔습니다. 거실 베란다 호수뷰는 예술이었고 4개의 룸이 모두 호수 전망이어서 이것 또한 감탄했습니다. 퀸스타운과 공항 중간 위치라 렌트를 했던 저희 일행은 불편하지 않게 이용했구요. 주차 자리도 2대 여유 공간이라 괜찮았습니다. 호스트인 Ray도는 친절했고 궁금한 점은 즉각 답을 주셔서 불변함 없이 행복한 시간 보내고 왔습니다. 3층 숙소로 1층 진입이 부엌.거실이고 한층 내려 가면 룸2.욕실2. 또 한층 내려가면 룸2개가 있습니다. 침구는 깔끔하고 포근했고 더구나 모두 전기 장판이 깔려있어서 따뜻하게 잘 잤습니다. 날씨가 좀 싸늘해서 좀 으슬거렸는데 체크인시 첫 현관문을 열었을 때 따뜻한 공기의 숙소에 호스트의 세심한 환영이 느껴져 참 좋았습니다 전기 불판. 전기밥솥등 부엌 집기가 요리 하기 충분하게 잘 갖춰줘 있어서 맛있는 식사도 만들어서 뉴질랜드 화이트 와인과 함께 친구들과 긴 이야기도 많이 나눴네요 숙소 덕분에 더 행복했던 뉴질랜드 여행이었습니다.
