I had a room with a balcony The view was just amazing So beautiful looking over the lake and The remarkables Location was awesome When we went to the snow fields or a trip to Milford Sounds, the bus to catch was only a 5 minute walk, which is great at 7:00am in the morning I will definitely be booking this place again

I was a bit disappointed that there were no shower caps or little extras that are usually readily available in hotels/motels. We also had a loud water pump going off every 30 seconds throughout our second night which was horrible. Instructions for the coffee machine would have come in handy too :( The beds were super comfortable though and the room was tidy and clean.
