Easy walks to dining and shopping, and a beautiful view of the lake from Room 3 balcony. Couldn't have been more comfortable. Only suggestion is to paint lines for parking spaces and assign them to rooms.

Great communication and assistance by managers/owners. Property in great location and ground floor unit very easy access. Very modern and functional but could do with some more towel hanging options. We will definitely look here as our first accommodation option next time in Queenstown.

Very beautiful and convenient apartment. Although there is no manager on site but the communication was easy. Nice view at the lake and everything is walking distance. Will stay there again if we have chance to go back.

Great lakeside alternative to the chain hotels that infest Queenstown. Comfortable and attractive apartment, with brilliant view of the lake. Close to town. Managers are off-site, but easy to communicate with and very responsive. I left my phone charger there and they were great about mailing it back to me.

Absolutely loved this 1brm apartment on the 1st floor. The photos don't do this apartment justice, it was so modern, clean, and well appointed. Hotel quality amenities including robes, slippers and extra bathroom amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with quality plates and cultery, plenty of utensils to cook with. The apartment was warm upon arrival and the bedding was amazing quality. We look forward to staying again soon!

It’s right across the road from the lake and a short walk into the centre of Queenstown where you can find everything you need. The owner’s information package waiting for us was impressive, complete with many ‘best of’ recommendations for all sorts of things in the area. Bathroom was stocked with anything you may have forgotten to bring. Slippers, comfy robes to use. Spotlessly clean, modern, so well equipped. This was our favourite accommodation so far on this trip. Highly recommended

True to name - Lakeside Luxury

We just loved our stay here! Just beautifully designed and super comfy beds. Lovely and warm for the middle of winter. Views to the lake just gorgeous - see photo! No trouble with parking. If I was being picky there are a couple of features which were tricky for short people- eg microwave and shelving high but step stool provided, and soap/shampoo dispenser awkwardly placed in the shower above head height. Also the closed in deck we had contained the dining table and chairs but despite separate heating it was a bit too cold to eat out there… These didn’t detract from our stay however. And communication was friendly and prompt. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay here and found it so easy to walk a few minutes into the shopping and eating area of Queenstown! The view from the apartment was incredible and we didn’t want to leave. The amenities were great, well considered and everything worked as it should. Would stay again and highly recommend to others. The bonus was use of complimentary washer and dryer!

Great location and amenity.

Aside from the initial check in delay, (the staff put the keys in the wrong lock box and we had to find a way to contact the manager without being able to call because of our phone plan). Everything else went fine and the apartment location is superb. Lake front view and walking distance to town.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the location was great—just a short walk to restaurants and a convenience store. That said, the pillows were very thin and could definitely be upgraded for better comfort. There was also quite a bit of noise from the road and the neighboring building, which may be something to consider if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a convenient stay in a well-located spot.

Managers Sam and Marianne went above and beyond the call of duty! Visiting from Australia in June, we were originally going to stay only 5 nights in a 1-bedroom apartment, we tested positive for COVID; this required 7-day isolation after the onset of symptoms. The Managers did everything to look after us, and even extended our stay twice so that we could finish our iso at their property. Since neither of us could go shopping for food or medicines, there were many little things I asked for that they were happy to bring me. When I ordered a thermometer and pulse-oximeter from a pharmacy, they picked them up; when asked for fresh ginger root to make ginger tea, and batteries for the pulse-oximeter I had just purchased, they brought me some; when the grocery store that I ordered delivery from had sold out of birthday candles (yes, I spent my birthday in COVID isolation!), they brought me some, along with a bottle of champagne as a birthday present! The Apartments are exceptional. The beds were supremely comfortable, the water temperature in the sinks and shower were perfect (we had plenty of hot water, and the cold drinking water was nice and cold), and the heating throughout the apartment was excellent. We did some of our own cooking in the kitchenette, which cut down on the amount of Uber Eats delivery during iso. And the view of the mountains and lake from the living room each morning was magical and kept our spirits high during the worst of our COVID symptoms.
