Hôtel bien tenu organisé dans un bâtiment à 1 étage, parking d’un côté, piscine et terrasse de l’autre. Les appartements sont propres, très spacieux, bien agencés et bien équipés. Les espaces extérieurs sont très agréables, aérés avec une grande piscine et une pataugeoire. Une promotion internet nous aura permis d’en profiter à un tarif très attractif. Dommage qu’une prolongation n’est pu être convenue aux mêmes tarifs alors que l’hôtel était vide! Par ailleurs, il a été compliqué de trouver quelqu’un à l’accueil quand cela s’est avéré nécessaire.

Condo really confort for family

Great place for relax time in family with all confort, secure and peace at the condo. Personnel in service desk are really care for stay specially Christian.

The accommodation was outstanding! Amazing apartment, clean, spacious, comfortable, almost everything working (except a radio) and everything you would need in a kitchen. The pool was lovely and quiet. The whole location is quiet and and great if you want to get away from it all, compared to Quepos which is dirty and ultra noisy. This property is located well outside Quepos, despite the fact that Google maps shows it in the heart of Quepos. It is in Isla Damas down a long dirt road. No beach or anything like that nearby as far as I know. There is only one restaurant nearby which I did not go to. The downside is that because this is far out of town, if you do not have a car it is $10 taxi ride to Quepos each way, and $20 to Manuel Antonio. Organized tours to Manuel Antonio add a surcharge for pickup as it is out of the way. After a while the isolation gets to be a bit of a problem particularly if you just want to get food! The staff are super helpful.

From a distance without water!

Their map shows the property in Quepos, its not and its a $10.00/5000 Colonnes taxi fare down a bumpy dirt road to Quepos. We booked and paid for 7 nights and only stayed 2. We left as they didn't have water for 2 mornings in a row. Yes, no water, no toilet, no shower and no coffee. So much for a vacation and then they don't want to offer a refund, stating its a nonrefundable rate. I am very disappointed that Hotels.com has this property as a selection. We are fortunate to travel worldwide regularly and are happy with a clean facility with utilities and in safe areas. The property is decent, but location is bad and needs to have water on demand. Beware -- many other hotels, villas and condos to select from!

Very confortable , clean , economic, quiete, good staff, nice pool, 20 mins from Manuel Antonio park, good and i will recommend to all people i know.

Good value

Nice place. However expedia said it was 1.5 miles from where we wanted to visit. Not true. It was over 18 miles from the park.

Lovely hotel, quiet, with beautiful pool area.

The units are well appointed spacious and very comfortable. There is also a balcony of the second floor. The only recommendation I would have is to include WiFi in the rooms.

Great suite with kitchen, living room, porch, and 2 bedrooms! Close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio but still secluded. The pool was warm, even in December. WiFi is only in the main office though.
