โElevators are in sore need of repair. They squeal, shake, glitch, and control panel is falling of in the one car. There were no carts available in the lobby to carry luggage up to the room.โ
โEverything was great ,from front desk ,Housekeeping Team also hotel is clean ,hallways is always vacuumed,highly recommend.Also Berlin area is very safe and location great access to highway to travel anywhere.Thanks for a wonderful week โ
โBasically the worst. I found men's underwear and trousers in the hotel bathroom. They told me they will give me $20 discount. The owner of the hotel was extremely aggressive and defensive when I told him I found men's underwear in the toilet. Seemed like somebody was in a hurry, and the underwear was extremely dirty.โ
โNice place for a quick overnight stay. One issue we had was the room was obviously smoked in even though it was a non-smoking room -this had leftover cig smell. โ
