โMy wife and I stayed here for 6 nights. I'm satisfied with everything, but there is one thing I'm disappointed with. Room cleaning is done only once a week. I would like to do this at least once every 2-3 days. I stayed 6 nights, but only 1 towel and toilet paper were prepared, so I had to ask for extra. If the pitcher is staying for several days, I would like to prepare towels and toilet paper in advance.โ
โThis was my third stay in Anantara hotel around the globe. As expected, the service was wonderful, staff very friendly, a nice room with a view of the grand canal. The breakfast was less impressive compared to other anatara sites, but we enjoyed our stay. โ

โHad a wonderful but brief stay. The hotel is beautiful - like a Victorian club but with all the modern amenities. The staff are responsive and welcoming. Our room was luxurious (small but to be expected for Europe) with all the amenities, including milk in the bar fridge for us tea drinkers. Had a tasty complimentary welcome cocktail on the terrace when we first arrived.
