Walking distance to subway station, the patio is good, a railroad not too far, you can see train running from the patio, but the noise is ok if the patio door closed. "The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry."

"A bit dirty in the room. Some weird brown stains on the kitchen wall and quite a bit of dust. In spite of that we enjoyed our stay here. This is our second stay at this hotel and we plan to return. It’s a very bright apartment like room with an excellent view. Very relaxing place to stay and close to everything. You can even walk 15 minutes to Hakata Station. "
