"Don't trust them! Without telling us anything, they tried to give us a lower rated room than what we had booked and paid for. When we inquired, they admitted to downgrading us because they had none available. We wouldn't have it so they suddenly found a room on the first floor. We insisted again ..."

ONOMO Hotel Rabat Terminus
"System was down when i was checking in. After an hour wait they just gave me a room. If you are light sleeper do not get room by road. It is very noisy. Continuous honking all night. No iron in room. It says 4 star but its more of a 3 star"
