“Beautiful hotel in a neat place. Steps from the old town, the ferry to the spit, etc. One Expedia specific warning: if your confirmation says you can take a free drink from the minibar don’t believe the hype. The hotel management had never heard of this and couldn’t honor it.”

“Nice”

“The room was fine but basic. The hotel was packed with retired people who take the ferry to the Couronian Spit and that didn't make the breakfast experience a good one.”

“ Nice”

“Don’t stay there on Monday, the restaurant is closed and there is no bar. Do not stay in one of the attic rooms - you can’t fully stand up. There is no coffee if you don’t buy the breakfast. Really disappointing for the cost.”

“Nichts Besonderes”

“Good”

“Everything was nice and clean but they switch off ventilation in the night time. Some costumer’s complained about noise and then hotell will close system and other ones just don’t have air 😓”

“Very nice suite to stay, spacious 🙌✨️🫶”

“Großes Hotel mit allem drum und dran. Nah am Strand gelegen aber vom Geschehen in Palanga etwas abseits. Gut für schöne Spaziergänge oder Fahrradtouren”

“Very clean, located in old town close to everything. The host was very nice and friendly and she offered free parking and free upgrades. We will be going back again.”

I made a reservation via Hotels.com about 1 month ago and I didn't get any notice from the hotel in advance. They just let me know the situation when I checked in. One of my peers who booked this hotel through Hotels.com was also transferred to another hotel on the same day. The designated hotel for me is 10 minute away by car and right...
