An exceptional experience! My wife and I visited for an 8 night stay. Due to my member status, we were upgraded to a sunset overwater villa. A dream location within the property! Exquisite breakfast, excellent water activities (we went scuba diving everyday), attentive staff, well kept grounds, efficient buggy service (this was a great amenity as walking to/from the villas under the sun can be daunting), peaceful environment, and much more. I would say it’s rather expensive, but the logistics of being in a remote island justifies the premium one pays. Loved the happy hour. This was an anniversary celebration and we were received with a bottle of wine and thoughtful event details in our bungalow. Seaplane transfers were less expensive than other hotel options. We already booked another stay for next year. A beautiful memory to cherish.

We had an amazing family vacation at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives. We stayed for 3 nights in an Overwater Villa and 2 nights in a Beach Villa, and both were absolutely beautiful. The villas were spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy both the stunning ocean views and the relaxing beach atmosphere. The food throughout our stay was exceptional, with a great variety and excellent quality. A special thank you to Prasad, Bandara, Reshmi,Eliza, and the entire team at Raha Restaurant for their warm hospitality and outstanding service. They made every meal enjoyable and always made us feel welcome. We would also like to thank Hassan for providing us with helpful information and making our stay even more enjoyable. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. They truly made our holiday memorable. We highly recommend Radisson Blu Resort Maldives to families looking for a relaxing and unforgettable vacation. We can’t wait to visit again!

From arriving at Male airport to check-in at Resort was just effortless as everything are planned and executed perfectly without having to look after our own baggage. All staff at Radisson Blu were very friendly, helpful & attentive to our needs. They tried to make your stay as comfortable like home as possible. Special mention to Elaiza, Matty, Pandeep (and many others) & the Chefs who cater to our meal requirements whenever possible; and also listening to our feedback. I must especially thank Mr. Ahmed Nashid (Director of F&B) for arranging a Special Romantic Dinner for me & my wife by the beachfront. The Ocean Villa with infinity pool which we stayed were perfect and very private. Water, tea & coffee, toiletries were replenished and housekeeping were done daily too. The only downside of this trip is the waiting time for the seaplane to the resort (we waited around 3hrs). Hopefully this can be improved. Overall it was an enjoyable trip and experience which we highly recommend to those planning to visit Maldives.

I was there for my 40th Birthday 🎉 🎈and I had a great stay, all the staff were pleasant and welcoming. The cleanliness was top-notch, my Villa was cleaned twice a day. The buffet had limited options for all three mealtimes.

Was here for my honeymoon with my missus, from start to finish, every staff member always helps you out with anything necessary, i would like to thank Muby our host personally as he was the best, would recommend very highly and if i ever consider returning Radisson Blu would definitely be at the top of my list once again, also big thanks to housekeeper hassan, lovely genuine guy

Our stay at Radisson in Maldives was truly memorable not only because of the setting, but because of the people behind the experience. Wonderful water, food, beach.. all (!). What stood out most was the consistency of the service across the entire island. Everything felt intentional without ever feeling forced, which created a very natural and relaxed atmosphere while still maintaining a high level of refinement. During our stay, we also experienced an unexpected delay which required us to remain a few extra days. The way the team handled this situation spoke volumes about the leadership and culture of the resort. We felt genuinely taken care of throughout. A special mention to the restaurant team particularly Sulakkhana, Bandara and Prasad who welcomed us with such warmth and openness. Their presence added a personal dimension to the stay that we truly appreciated. At the same time, this sense of attentiveness was something we encountered across the island, in every interaction. This is a place where hospitality feels genuine, not transactional and that is what makes it stand out. We would happily return. 10/10.

First time in Maldives. We chose this resort due to vila sizes being larger in comparison to other resorts. Hassan our host was absolutely amazing. Professional, kind, efficient, patient, responsive. Staff at Rahu restaurant particularly Mahabir , Zar, Elisha , Tshering and Retsheesh. Super friendly and professional. Doctor on site was also very helpful. Resort was well managed, ran efficiently, clean and tidy. Staff warm and welcoming. Villas very spacious including massive bathroom and shower. Truly a magical place . We celebrated our first wedding anniversary at Radisson and to say that it exceeded our expectations would be an understatement! It could be expected for a luxury resort to provide amenities that cater to guests’ enjoyment, but to be able to make guests feel at home is something that not all properties can achieve. Everyone in this resort was extra friendly and warm to us! We’d like to commend Shamal, the duty manager, who we now consider a dear friend for going the extra mile and accommodating me and my wife during our stay.

I had an unforgettable stay at Radisson Blu Resort Maldives, made even more special by the incredible staff who went above and beyond in every way. A special mention to Vineet from Alifaan Restaurant and Elaiza from Raha Restaurant – both of you made every dining experience a delight with your warm hospitality and attentive service. And to the Dive Centre team, Hassan, Arif, Dhambo, Jamaal, and Rafa has created one of the highlights of my trip. The cruise out was nothing short of magical, and thanks to the team, I was able to witness so many beautiful manta rays up close. An experience I will never forget. My heartfelt thanks also go to the Housekeeping team, who surprised me with a beautifully decorated room for my birthday. The thoughtfulness and effort put into the surprise touched me deeply and made the celebration extra memorable. Finally, a big thank you to Meru, our amazing host, who took such good care of us throughout the stay. Your attentiveness and kindness ensured that every detail was perfect, and we felt truly well looked after. To the entire team at Radisson Blu Maldives, thank you for making my stay so special. We booked the Radisson for my wife's babymoon, and from the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. At reception, we were greeted with a refreshing drink before being whisked away to our overseas villa with a private pool. The villa was spacious and inviting we even left the curtains open at night to wake up each morning to a breathtaking sunrise. We experienced the most restful sleep there and never wanted to leave. While the food at the hotel was a bit hit or miss, there were plenty of delightful surprises for those willing to try new things. The standout for me was the eggs benedict for breakfast, and the live prawn stations were a definite highlight. We also took advantage of the recreational activities: my wife enjoyed a paddle boat ride around the water, and I had a fantastic time jet skiing across the sea the jetski team made it an unforgettable experience. On our final afternoon, we relaxed poolside at the Crusoe's Bar with a beer for me and a mocktail for my wife. A special thanks to our barman, Chandimal, whose impeccable service made our last moments even more enjoyable. Overall, our four-day stay was filled with excitement, fun, relaxation, and lasting memories. It was such an amazing experience that my wife already asked when we’d be coming back, one we will have to revisit.

Disappointing Service Experience

My stay was marred by poor service here. Staff: lack of proactivity & no smiles. I had to follow up with the reservation team for seaplane arrangements, but Shanna, never read my questions carefully. Her responses felt scripted and unhelpful, which was incredibly frustrating. I eventually had to call the hotel directly to request a manager’s assistance. The dining experience was also disappointing. The food quality was subpar, with a menu primarily consisting of Indian dishes and only a limited selection of international cuisine, which did not cater well to us. Also, the attitude of Raha staff - Zar, was rude, detracting significantly from our dining experience. Thankfully, the restaurant manager, Vineet, stepped in to address my concerns, and I appreciate his efforts to make things right. On a positive note, Yaseen was the first staff member to show genuine friendliness towards us. His warm demeanor helped alleviate some of the frustration we had experienced. The buggy service at the resort was poorly organized as well. Every time I called the reception for a pickup, the staff sounded robotic and rude, and we consistently had to wait for 10+ mins, which was a significant waste of time. Lastly, I want to extend my gratitude to Joyce, our host, who genuinely worked hard to improve our experience at the resort. Her efforts did not go unnoticed and made a difference in our stay. As a 5-star resort, there is considerable room for improvement and I would not recommend this resort.
