Hotel top mais petit déjeuner a revoir

Grande et belle chambre. Le spa est excellent 25€ par personne. L eau des douche est limitee en chaleur. Le gros bemol est le le petit déjeuner, cadre et prestation decevant par rapport au reste

Struttura davvero grande e bella. Impeccabile la pulizia nelle aree comuni e ancor di più in camera. La stanza spaziosa e ben attrezzata. Il personale molto cortese ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta. La piscina ampia e aperta tutto il giorno è dotata di un sufficiente numero di lettini che permettono di non stare tutti addossati. Nice hotel in a remote location

Beautiful resort style hotel was clean and comfortable with all extras you’d expect from a 4star hotel. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant dinner was mediocre and spa service was ok. The only down side to this hotel is the location. It’s a 20 minute drive into the beautiful town of Ragusa.

Ottimo hotel

Bellissimo hotel a metà strada fra il mare è la città. Camere spaziose e pulite. Ottima la colazione con prodotti di qualità e ristorante con dei buoni piatti: unica pecca che si deve uscire dall’hotel e attraversare il piazzale, ma poco male che sono 10 metri, basta che non diluvi come la sera in cui sono stato io! :-)

I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived the person barely said hello. It was very off-putting. The gym equipment is barely functioning and is old and dirty. The showers are luke-warm at best and they had turned the a/c off so that the rooms were roasting at night. Service at the restaurant was super slow. Not a great stay.

Ottima posizione;grandi spazi comuni.

Situato sulla strada fra Ragusa e Marina di Ragusa è molto comodo per spostarsi,però avrebbe bisogno di un aggiornamento su alcune cose.E' minimalista e sembra più improntato per gruppi,comitive anche se possiede una bella piscina ed una spa.Il ristorante che ci hanno indicato all'interno è decisamente carente.Buona e varia la colazione a self service.Fortunatamente alcune carenze,vengono dimenticate per la cortesia e la disponibilità del personale.Per me ottimo il rapporto prezzo/qualità.

La struttura si presenta piuttosto bene, ma all'arrivo non si capisce dove sia la reception a causa della mancanza di indicazioni e cartelli. La stessa cosa si ripete all'interno che è piuttosto ampio e dispersivo. Sono rimasto deluso per non aver potuto usufruire della Spa che apre solo di pomeriggio. La manutenzione dei servizi igienici lascia un po' a desiderare.
