"Unfortunately, this particular Wyndham property did not meet my expectations. We were supposed to have booked a room with a kitchen. Our room was a basic double queen. The property was run down, the carpets were dirty and stained. We kept our shoes on. The bathroom toilet seat was soiled. I cleaned it. We had cockroaches in our bathroom. The water that came out of the sink had an smell to it. Thank goodness we had bottled water. The only reason we stayed was because it was 1am and we had been driving for 5 hours. The beds were clean and comfy so we decided to stay. We decided not to try the breakfast due to the cockroach issue. The staff was super nice and accommodating. But the property just didn't meet my expected standards of a Wyndham property. "

"Came here to sleep which was fine used the restaurant “the brass fork” it was pleasant with decent food. The resort fee is a rip off, place smells of smoke, rooms old. Beyond belief people actually come here."

"As soon as we walked in the front desk lady said I’ll be right with you as she was sitting in the lobby chairs chatting with a friend. We were the only guests in the lobby. After checking in we noticed we did not have bedding for the pullout bed we called down to the lobby and the same lady said come down to the from to get them (hotels usually bring you the bedding). Once it was bed time I pulled back the sheets and they had 4 holes in them large holes! The bathroom has hair all over the floor. Breakfast was supposed to open at 6:30 it did not. Once it did open at 7ish with hardly any food and what was there was old and hard. Multiple guest complained. I travel a lot and have never had a bad experience with Holiday inn. This particular location has lazy questionable staff. I would drive a little further into town for a better hotel."

"Great facility. Our particular room had an issue with shower hot water as it took upwards of 10-15 minutes for it to get hot. Other than that, very satisfied "

"Awesome small hotel. Staff was very nice. Rooms where perfect. Breakfast was very good. Casino was outdated but cute. I will be coming back"

"We stayed in a king lake view room. The staff was nice, the room was clean for the most part, and the views were amazing. We loved seeing people kayaking and rowing on the lake, hearing birds in the morning, and even coyotes at night. The room thankfully did not smell. That said, we would not stay here again or recommend it. The hotel feels extremely outdated and strangely empty. At times I honestly wondered if anyone else was staying there. The worst part by far was the sewage smell in the halls, lobby, and elevators. It was terrible and impossible to ignore. The property is also very confusing to navigate. The whole place had an eerie, lonely vibe. Even the gift shop looked closed because the lights were so dim, with someone just sitting behind the register reading a book. There were also small misses like no glasses in the room and the fridge being unplugged. The setting is beautiful, but the hotel itself felt neglected, creepy, and far too run down for us to ever come back."

"Breakfast was decent but no eggs or sausage or bacon. Beds were comfy. Got rooms upstairs which wasn’t great with luggage and no elevator. Good value though. "

"Continental breakfast was pretty good. Was disappointed that the juices were lacking. No OJ and apple juice ran out. Room was nice and temperature was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful"
