โOne issue was when I called guest service and operator to inquire about something the call was not answered due to reduced staffing. They should make sure to answer ph calls from rooms always promptly. โ
โ2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...

โRooms were pretty small. No proper response from the support staff. Beds were horrible and could sense the spring when sitting on bed. Water were leaking in toilets, roaches found too. I will not recommend this place anyday.โ
