Centrally located wonderful place.

The hotel is very comfortable. A little old but comfortable. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive Staff is very helpful and courteous. Would love to stay again and also recommend to friends.

Room Internet was spotty and not available everyday. Had to go down to lounge to use it several days. The hotel is well placed on a busy road but needs to be renovated. Food is good. Staying for 2 weeks there, breakfast becomes monotoneous. Can have more varieties.

Hotel is undergoing refurbishment and there is no mention of this on the Expedia write up about the hotel. We were there for 4 nights and had we known this would not have stayed. This meant that there was no gym , pool , spa or beauty parlour facilities. No alternative were offered nor a discount offered for the stay. Very disappointing that we paid for a hotel with these facilities but did not have any of these available. Staff at front desk on check out refused to accept that this was a problem.

Imperial hotel is always consistent with quality and service no issues inside the hotel one step outside the hotel. I can understand their problem but that is India dirty noisy and smelly. However the hotel itself is just amazing.
