Our room was large and comfortable with windows and a balcony on two sides. The bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed soaking in the bath after some long hikes. I made the reservation several weeks ago. It would have been very easy to simply give me a different number to contact on the day of our arrival, or provide the access code in advance. The pictures on the listing did not match the property. I chose this rental...

8/10 Good
"Hotel not bad at all. Very comfortable. Wellness area is very pleasant. The one thinng that let it down was amenities. I arrived Sunday evening very tired. Used the spa area briefly before it closed. By the time I got to the restaurant just after 8 the kitchen was closed. Being Sunday also nothing open in town. No bottles of water in the room - arguably the tap water should be good but still. So I ended up eating at the local kebab shop which was the only choice and tobe fair wasn't the worst. Basically accepting that it's off season and late on a Sunday I would have still liked to have a bit more options at the hotel. Water in"
