Das Zimmer war etwas altmodisch entsprach nicht der Beschreibung . das Frühstück war sehr einfach, Max. 3SterneStandard und dem Preis nicht angemessen. Masse statt Qualität. Insgesamt nicht serviceorientiert. Die neue Lobby ist schön aber laut. Der Wellnessbereich gehört zum Ramsau Bad, laut und voll. Insgesamt Preis Leistung nicht angemessen, zu teuer und gibt mit 4 Sternen bessere Hotels im Ort

Voller Preis bei max halber Leistung

Ich hatte kurzfristig gebucht und erwartete für den vollen Preis auch volle Leistung. Der Wellnessbereich war wegen Umbauarbeiten nicht nutzbar. Ich wurde aber bei der Buchung (telefonisch angefragt) auch nicht darauf hingewiesen. Sehr ärgerlich da uns auch das Wetter ein Schnippchen schlug. Beim Frühstück gab es die nächste Überaschung. Es war quasi nix mehr da. Ein paar Blatt einer Wurstsorte sowie einer Käsesorte. Keine Säfte oder Gemüse oder was man sich halt noch so von einem tollen Frühstück in einem 4Sterne Haus erwartet, auch in der Vorsaison. Das Zimmer war sauber doch auch nicht das was ursprünglich gebucht wurde. Das war aber gegenüber allem anderen eine übersehbare Kleinigkeit. Also alles in allem würde ich ohne genaueste telefonische Abklärung im Vorfeld nicht buchen. Schade, die Bilder haben mehr versprochen

Fahren nun schon viele Jahre in die Ramsau. Diesmal das erste mal zum Sporthotel Matschner. Obwohl das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, insgesamt schon soweit in Ordnung. Etwas besonderes war es vor ca. 20 Jahren vielleicht. Zimmer war aber überraschend groß und machte einen sauberen Eindruck,

Katastrophal schlechtes Bett, welches bei der geringsten Bewegung Knarz- und Quietschgeräusche von sich gibt. Essen unterdurchschnittlich, kaum gewürzt, langweilig. Servicepersonal im Speisesaal fragt bei leeren Gläsern nie nach, ob man noch etwas trinken möchte, ist aber nicht unfreundlich. Ein Achtel gemischter Satz um 4,60 ist echt happig. Zimmermöblierung aus dem vorigen Jahrhundert, aber ausreichend und sehr sauber (Gratulation an das Servicepersonal). Hotellage und Zimmeraussicht absolut top.
