Great location right opposite the beach. Plenty of parking onsite and around the hotel. Amenities were good and we enjoyed the entertainment evening, something rarely seen on IOM. Comfy room and friendly staff.

6/10 Okay

Great location in Ramsey opposite the coast. Plenty of parking. Room clean tidy and basic. Bed comfy. Shower powerful and hot. Breakfast bog standard and not very hot, no notification on when served (well I failed to see this nothing in room to tell me the times) so a young server was about to start putting away the breakfast when I’d got down at 09:20. Hotel is still run by majority of youngsters who I wish would learn to smile, make eye contact and hold conversation with visitors. Some you could tell didn’t want to be there, No personality or atmosphere in the hotel- it’s really gone down hill since I visited 2 yrs ago. Met some lovely people off the ferry who had also booked into the hotel which was lovely.
