The hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly. We brought our dog & she was made very welcome! There was an amazing big field to exercise her opposite. Breakfast was nice & bed was comfortable. Beautiful room & facilities!

Relaxing location not far from the town.

Relaxing location with Ramsey prom adjacent. Comfortable stay. Staff were helpful when approached though could be a little more attentive. Food was generally good with decent choice at breakfast.

Just about okay

The main problem for us was the room. It was very warm and only being able to open the windows a limited amount we ended up sleeping on top of the duvets, not ideal ! The room was clean enough and we had a nice sea view but it was on the small side.

Warm welcome, easy to find. Very clean and with great facilities. Room easily accessible by lifts and stairs. The staff were very pleasant and hard working. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Housekeeping arrived rather late (4.30pm) on one day, just as we were arriving back from an excursion, which wasn't ideal. Cooked to order breakfast mentioned in the hotel info pages was not available. Buffet breakfast was ok other than cold plates. Evening food was good with some daily specials. Enjoyed our stay & would return.
