Excellent service all the staff was so nice. My room was very nice and the view of the mountains from my terrace was beautiful. The food was also very good.

We had always wanted to stay on a Tea Estate in the hills and this did not disappoint. A great tour of the estate was arranged either the Tea Estate Manager and was an excellent insight into how tea is grown and picked. Great views from the veranda. Staff most helpful.

Absolutely beautiful!

On the plus side, it's a beautifully situated property, very nicely decorated, with tasty breakfast and good, caring service with a smile. On the minus side, there is no noise insulation in the room at all, you will get very loud environmental noises leech into the room from outside all day and night. Luckily I brought earplugs so I wasn't bothered that much. There was a good amount of spider webs around the A/C and one live but small roach on the towel rack. Overall it was a pleasant stay,...

I absolutely loved this place! My family and I stayed here for two nights while we were in Sri Lanka for our winter vacation. Besides the long steps up to our room, this was a very pleasant stay for my sisters and I. The owner was very nice and welcomed us. The property has such a beautiful view. Just an excellent, excellent stay from start to finish in this historic Colonial building. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and the team really just was top notch and really cared about quality of food. The loft was a hit with the kids and the fine correction of loose tea was very much appreciated. We only stayed one night due to our itinerary, but would have loved to have stayed longer. The kids dipped their legs in the pool, but also didn't have the chance to swim due to time constraints....
