"De lobby was kil en sfeerloos. Overal felwitte spaarlampen. Slechte acoustiek zoals in een grot. De suite was groot en met gigantische terrassen met zicht al om. Het bed was van goede kwaliteit. De afwerking van de suite liet te wensen over. Er waren overweldigend veel knoppen voor de verlichting (wederom witte spaarlampen). De afwerking kon beter. "We had a very enjoyable stay at Fox Kandy. The hotel is beautifully designed, and its hilltop location provides perfect views over Kandy and the surrounding hills. One of the standout moments was the morning mist covering the lower parts of the city and hills, leaving the peaks visible above it. It was a beautiful sight. The staff were exceptional, and the food and dining experience were also very good. The infinity pool is a must after a day in town. The road up the hill is a little winding, but once you arrive, it is clearly worth it. After a full day exploring Kandy, I’d suggest taking a tuk tuk back up to the hotel. Overall, a memorable stay in a very scenic setting."
