This was a lovely stay. We were three people. The beds were comfortable, the unit was clean, modern and had kitchen supplies to cook a few meals. The farm dogs greeted us as we drove in and we could see and hear sheep in the field in front of the cabin. Charming.

Lovely little cabin on a farm with everything you need. Beautiful views from the back porch. We really enjoyed our stay, our daughter had lots of fun playing with the friendly dogs on the farm. We even saw the northern lights whilst we were there. It was a really peaceful place and we would definitely stay there again. It’s a good base for exploring both the golden circle and the south coast.

We got to experience Icelandic farm life with our girls. They have horses, sheep, and dogs around the property. The dogs are so friendly they spent time playing fetch and following around our daughters.

This was a great location to explore the golden circle. Clean, comfortable, and located on a tranquil farm as the name suggests. The size was appropriate for our family of 4 including 2 teenage boys.

A little hard to find, but likely that we didn't read the instructions fully. Our stay was great. Kitchen view of the open pasture (and grazing sheep) was delightful. We needed some help figuring out the door locking mechanism and the host came promptly and showed us how it worked. Clean, quiet, No surprises or disappointments.

This was our favorite lodging while in Iceland! The owner was responsive and welcoming. The small house was incredibly clean and well supplied with everything we needed while there for three nights. The view was STUNNING! We saw the northern lights, watched horses, and played with the farm dogs! There was a good little pizza place about five minutes away and a grocery store and other stores about 10 minutes away.

Our host was fantastic! Even though we arrived later in the evening, he was very friendly, and patiently explained everything (the locks, check-out procedure, etc.). There was even a guide on the table, in case we forgot anything. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. The location is a bit isolated (though safe), but that means it's very quiet and great for viewing the Northern Lights.

Just Amazing! A perfect stop if you do the golden circle and wants to travel further away from Reykjavik. Valtyr - the owner is a very humble and polite man with great service! No need to look further, just book it!
