Lovely four nights spent in the hotel. Staff are super friendly and helpful and the set up was ideal for our desire to chill for a few days. The only caveat we would mention was the unfortunate noise from construction alongside the hotel, but that is the price you sometimes have to accept in a state expanding at the pace of Dubai. This was our second visit and I would have no problems returning. Great for families too.

Elegant hotel in RAK

Very nice hotel opened less than 1 yr ago. Nicely decorated. Rooms are elegant as well. Staff was very helpful

The washrooms didn’t have pressure pumps so showers were slow. Hand shower in WC was useless as it was dead slow

Eccellenti sia il personale di servizio che la pulizia. Camera molto bella e spaziosa. Scelta molto vasta dei menu nei vari ristoranti. Peccato per la clientela, rumorosa e e non proprio bene educata. Questo non ci ha permesso di rilassarci perché c’era sempre un motivo di disturbo. Questo ci dispiace molto perché il personale del resort non solo è stato gentile ma anche molto professionale.
