F&B Team were very slow and very confused about helping us to book our New Years Eve Dinner. We ordered Room Service via the QR Code that was on the TV and on the sheet in our room, but when we called 45mins later, they said they never got the order and we need to call to order. Bad systems. Apart from this it was a good stay, the staff were very very helpful and we had a good stay.

Lovely hotel with nice pool and beach. We stayed in the suite with private pool and beach access. Was perfect for a young family. Kids club had a good variety of things to do, but not as well managed as previous hotels we have been to (NB our children are 3&5 and may have been more set up for slightly older kids). Not too busy, even at half term and hotel was full. Pool shady most of the day which we felt was good but others felt they wanted sun!

The room was clean and comfortable. The resort is pretty nice, always clean. Outside there isn’t much, so make sure you go there with the idea in mind of spending most of your time at the resort. All people are very nice and friendly. We had full board included but didn’t like the food. There was a lot, I guess is just personal preference especially if you travel with kids like us. I have to mention Valeria who was super nice to help us during the check out. Overall I would recommend the resort for a relaxing holiday.

Great family hotel. But there is a swimming pool and beach area for adults, which is great.

Really pleasant stay - lovely beach and outdoor facilities, great restaurants, nice rooms. Only negative was the children running and screaming in the corridors at 1am… not something you should blame the property for, but certainly some of the all-inclusive customers are lacking certain basic manners…

The place is great. Even though jt was holiday week it was all well managed. Great facilities especially for kids. Beautiful beach and pool. Really good breakfast. Dinner buffet was disappointing. Would probably try one of the restaurants on site next time.

Perfect family break.

Staff were really friendly and always willing to help. The hotel is very well kept with free valet parking. There are lots of activities for children including a impressive games room with lots of free video games.

Great hotel!

We stayed a week in a room facing the swimming pool end of January and it was great. Then when our daughter joined us for a week of teleworking, we moved to a bigger room with a nice terrace in a beachfront chalet and it was wonderful! Great staff, good breakfast! We hope to come again next year!
