When there was a slight glitch in one of the services, the staff not only have resolved the matter promptly but exceeded expectations in terms of service recovery. “We had a fantastic stay at Mughal Suites. Shadi and Diana checked us in and gave us a lovely suite. It was clean, the AC worked perfectly and we had a nice pool view. Diana called us to make sure everything was ok and let us know the name of the person who would be at the front desk after she left. When checking out, they even went through the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything. Parking was easy and ample. We bought the beach passes for the Hilton across the street. It was a short walk...

“The place ia not good for family environment. there a loot of yellings and screaming at our floor to the point that we literally felt people were rite outside our door. this kept going till morning 8 and we just decided to leave and sleep in our car instead. it was a literal waste of money. ”

“Great hotel with beach and pool for the kids. All inclusive drink are local brands. Beach has a kiosk with a very friend staff Tanusi who provided excellent service. Would recommend ”
