"Excellent location in heart of Vienna but expensive because of that. Small room, very old carpet, noisy air conditioning unit that did not work well, broken hairdryer, few amenities. Did not try the restaurant. But linens and room were clean and front desk staff kind, knowledgeable and able to answer questions."

"My travel was great. Hotel location was really very ideal for tourists. The room was good size with being very clean and well maintained. The glassy shower was really beautiful. Only things to improve would be The AC was not really chilly, and there was no telephone to call reception or room service available. "
