"The biggest highlight of this hotel is its location. It was within easy walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, plenty of dining options, and the train station, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. That convenience is the main reason I'm giving it 4 stars. The hotel itself is modern and well maintained. However, we didn't care for the room design. The shower and toilet were enclosed with frosted glass. While you couldn't actually see through it, it still felt like there was very little privacy, which made the layout uncomfortable for us. Housekeeping could also be improved. During our stay, the shower soap wasn't refilled after the room was cleaned, which was an inconvenience. Finally, I booked through Expedia and have status that included a hotel perk, but nothing was offered or acknowledged during our stay. Overall, the excellent location outweighed the negatives, but there are a few service and design issues that kept this from being a 5-star experience."

"Beautiful property and room (we were in the main building) with A/C. Dinner at the restaurant was also excellent. Great experience! Parking is limited - there are a few spots along the drive up to the hotel; otherwise, I was told there was a bigger spot but it was a bit of a walk. The room key is attached to a HEAVY weight, which is hard to carry in your pocket. I was told you could leave it at the desk daily. Another note, the elevator is down 3 steps so that could be a problem for some. Overall, we loved this castle-like hotel overlooking the river with beautiful sunsets!"

"Overall, our stay was good, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The lobby staff were not very friendly and did not seem very patient with international guests who, like me, were unfamiliar with the area and needed some guidance. A little more kindness and understanding would make a big difference. The air conditioning in our suite was not strong enough for such a large room, making it less comfortable than expected. The breakfast was also quite expensive for what was offered. While it was decent, I expected a better variety and overall value for the price."

"The hotel is located near Elbe river. It is close to supermarkets and metro. The location is excellent. The room has access to a balcony, which is great to enjoy nature. We took walks around the hotel and tool a ferry to a beer garden across the river. The hotel is also close to an amazing local ice-cream shop. The room is nice. Everything is great."
