โWe stayed for 4 nights and were upgraded to a 4th floor pool view with balcony as apparently we had paid too much through Hotels.com for the garden hut. The room was clean and spacious with a great view of the lake. The staff were all very friendly and special shout out to Samah who was particularly efficient. โRoom was so so, not so clean with some hairs at the corner, noise from next room, fan broken with loud noice. The the reception was terrible, not only ripping off but also lying on the tours and tickets. He rarely kept his words on everything. For example, he charged 2000Rs on my ticket to Lumbini. When I found on the web site that it is 1300, he said (without any hesitation) it is different bus with better seats and etc.. But it was the same minibus actually, and the seat (19) was the worst one...
