“렌트카로 이동할 경우 자다르는 머리가 좀 아픈 도시입니다. 주차장이 확보된 숙박시설도 드물고 주차장도 멀리 있는 경우가 많습니다. 콘테사 비탈리는 가까운곳에 자다르에서 가장 넓은 주차장이 있습니다.
위치도 성당, 유명한 젤라또 가계와 붙어있어 아주 훌륭합니다.
다만 오래된 도시의 건물을 수리해서 쓴다고 양해하더라도 좀 불만인 점은 건물에서 창을 열면 쓰레기장에 가까운 방치된 공간이 보인다는 점, 1층 현관에서 숙소로 올라가는 1층 복도가 숙박시설이라고 보기 어려울 정도로 으슥하고 관리가 안되어 있다는 점입니다.”
