Enough electrical outlets to charge two iPhones at night. Good breakfast with scrambled egg choice on the buffet. Hallway carpets are worn. Location was good. There is a parking area on the hotel property with several spots and we were lucky to park in one of the last spots at 17:30. Our window overlooked the train station rail yard, which was not a problem for us, because it is better to hear romantic trains during the night than the random acceleration of automobiles on Viale Giorgio Pallavicini. No problem sleeping with the trains. The double bed was plenty large.

The hotel is old and a little dated but clean. It is close to the train station which for me was an advantage and a short walk to see all of the historic parts of Ravenna. The pillows were very thin and the shower was a little small. Overall it was an okay hotel and nothing terribly wrong with it but a little over priced for what it was.

Hotel was located directly beside train station. The area was very intimidating and the hotel was clean but old.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and air conditioned. They had a small elevator but we were thankful since our room was on the 4th floor. The hotel was very close to the train station which was convenient although you could hear the occasional train pass by in the night. The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Overall the stay was very good and a good value.

L'hotel è in una posizione ideale per chi viaggia in treno, vicinissimo alla stazione e vicinissimo al centro storico. La camera era sufficientemente confortevole con un buon letto: una sola presa per ricaricare il telefonino. Il bagno piccolo, ma ok. La pulizia delle parti comuni lascia un po' a desiderare ed è sufficiente nella camera. Colazione ok. Dato il periodo con alta domanda e tutti gli hotel esauriti, il prezzo richiesto è stato troppo alto, ma non potevo farne a meno.

A bit dated but overall a comfortable stay. Very pleasant and friendly staff. Close to the station and town centre. Breakfast acceptable.

Vraiment decevant!
La seule chose qui sauve cet hotel est la gentillesse du personnel et la proximite de la gare. Extremement bruyant (ma fenetre donnait sur la voie ferree). Odeur forte et permanente de cigarette, lit dur comme une planche de bois, l’eau s’ecoulait avec difficulte du lavabo et de la douche, la clim ne fonctionnait pas le chauffage regle a 25 en permanence, l’internet rarement accessible...et plus.

Hotel ottimo per un soggiorno cittadino, centro a 5 minuti a piedi, personale gentile e disponibile, parcheggio gratuito, stazione FS molto vicina, colazione abbastanza buona.

Tariffa non rispettata
Ho prenotato una stanza per 4 persone, ma all'arrivo mi hanno detto che la stanza era per 3 e se volevamo un letto aggiuntivo dovevamo pagare un costo supplementare. Il personale e' stato irremovibile e non ragionevole, neppure quando abbiamo fatto osservare che avevamo preso contatto diretto con l'albergo e avevamo una conferma loro per email dei costi.

Posizione comoda
Soggiorno piacevole, posteggiando la macchina nel parcheggio riservato dell'hotel e' possibile visitare Ravenna gironzolando tutto il giorno a piedi. La posizione, il posteggio e la camera sono molto comodi, lil personale e' gentile però la colazione e' proprio deludente.

Helt OK, varken mer eller mindre
Ett hyggligt hotell i centrala Ravenna. Inget speciellt utan motsvarar sin standard = 3 stjärnor. Väl inrökta rum. Restaurangen serverade bra mat och frukostbuffen var över förväntan. Ligger invid tågstationen men vi stördes inte av några tåg.

Perfectly placed
Two minute walk from station. Hotel backs on to railway, but no problems with noise overnight. Staff really helpful. Breakfast basic but adequate. Short walk to central Ravenna - really nice old town and stunning mosaics. Overall Ravenna experience far exceeded our expectations.

bonne impression ,personnel efficace ,serviable.Les centres d'intérets ne sont pas très loin à pied .Le parking semble petit cependant je n'ai trouvé aucune difficulté à me garer pour la saison fin octobre

I couldn't fault my room. However my companion had to ask for another room as the air conditioning was not working. This was immediately rectified by giving her another room in which to sleep but to which she did not have to move all her things. The staff were most welcoming and allowed us to use the sitting area of the lobby for a number of hours as we waited for our train. The proximity to the station was also a plus.

価格に対する価値は高いです。
７年前に泊まったホテルは気に入っていたのですが、運悪く閉鎖中でしたので、駅から近いこのホテル泊まることにしました。築後20年くらいの近代的な建物のホテルなので、ビジネスホテルのようで旅情などは感じられません。ただ、部屋は価格に対して必要十分に広く、概ね満足できるものでした。

hôtel Italia à Ravenne,proche du centre historique
cet hôtel est très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Ravenne d'une grande richesse culturelle. Nous y avons séjourné une nuit et avons apprécié de pouvoir aller à pied dans le centre,sur la place du peuple,faire le tour des points importants.Les mosaîques sont très belles et bien conservées. Le bon confort ainsi que le prix sont satisfaisants.

Hotel Italia Ravenna - good location
Good location for getting to the sites in Ravenna and outside Ravenna (birdwatching for us). The staff were helpful very courteous. The parking is free of charge, but not guaranteed, but there is reasonable parking on the street. The station is close by. A problem for some (and us) was the unavailability of interent access either by wi-fi - or even, eventually, the very slow PC situated under the stairs. The wi-fi access is charged and we would willingly have paid money for it. This is a real shortcoming for such an otherwise efficient hotel. For us it would be a reason not to return - and a real shame to have the good hotel let down by a technical shortfall.
